AND realized our arrogance in 'picking' when and how many children...you are so RIGHT! Children are a Blessing, a gift..and I started realizing..'hey, are we withholding blessing from ourselves?" well...3 months after that thought ran thru my head, here i am..3 months pregnant..LOL! :) God bless your familydarcihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11729565512380024608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14252293.post-48800414564348141222007-02-01T13:23:00.000-07:002007-02-01T13:23:00.000-07:00thanks for the link to steve's blog. i agree... st...thanks for the link to steve's blog. i agree... steve and lisa are awesome!Kristen Borlandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15486728360253790578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14252293.post-85576709476638285292007-02-01T11:59:00.000-07:002007-02-01T11:59:00.000-07:00I think the main thing is to remember not to judge...I think the main thing is to remember not to judge others for their choices, whether it is to have a google of children or none at all. Starting a family/growing a family are huge desicions, and just as not everyone is called to be married, God may not call all to be parents. I'm sorry that you have felt so much judgement lately. That is really unfortunate.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14045685748766431789noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14252293.post-82435724263957870262007-01-31T10:10:00.000-07:002007-01-31T10:10:00.000-07:00I hear you, Brianna. Something to be avoided by whatever means their conscience will allow. What hit home the most with me was all my years working as a counselor at Lifeline CPC. Christian women women, even married ones, would come in for prenancy tests and not want to be pregnant for all the same reasons that teenage girls didn't want to be pregnant. Separating childbearing from marriage was the smartest thing Satan did to stop Christians from raising new Christians. Pretty sad, but there is a movement out there that is starting to get some recognition for trusting God with their family size. Quiverfull.com p.s. I am currently reading There Is No Me Without You and really enjoying it (at least as much as you can enjoy something so sad)Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10716255507128638406noreply@blogger.com
