I think this is really a sign that Fall might arrive here is California. It never does quite coincide with everywhere else. Thanks for the reminder!!
I know it! When they came back in the house with the leaves I thought, wow, this is like actual Fall! (I sure do wish we had "real" seasons here!)

HA! I had to go buy fake leaves from Walmart to show the kids what fall is, how sad is that!?!
