Made it!

Just a quick update to say we made it into Denver Thursday night alive and well! No internet yet but we'll have it soon (currently posting from a student union where we're meeting for church this morning--Kaitlyn got fussy during Sunday School so I'm out here with her. Do you still go to Heaven if you blog during church????)

Anyway I'll share more about our trip and the new digs soon. Life is overwhelming and busy and it feels as if we have a million things to do. Maybe that's because we do! :)

Yay! So glad you made it safely. I'm looking forward to you getting the internet.
Did you go to the church you've been talking about? I can't wait to hear more about it.

Yay! So glad you made it safely. How are the kids adjusting? i pray the Lord is dressing you with patience and strength during these, i'm sure, somewhat chaotic days.

I'm so glad you guys are doing okay! I've only been reading your blog for a month or so (found through lisa leonard), but feel like i "know" your family. (Hope that doesn't sound weird!)

I was reading blogs before bed last nite, and i had a quick dream about you guys early this morning. You and kevin were sitting at a huge table. All the kids were happily playing. And you and your husband were enjoying a midori sour (hee hee) after a VERY long day of moving. It was such a quick, detailed dream but i just thought i'd share it with you because it had a very happy feeling to it!

You are totally going to hell. But not because you blog during church...there's plenty of other reasons! HA! Just kidding!

Glad you guys made it. Can't wait to hear of your adventures. And I must say that I am very impressed that you went to church! I would have totally been a heathen and not even gone for a MONTH!

Brianna - I too stumbled on your blog in the past few weeks and wanted to say 'hi!' We were roommates with Sara and Sarah a (long) while back...

You have such a beautiful family and it's great to see what you've done in a relatively short period! Congrats on the family, new job and new home. I hope that you have a smooth transition.

Welcome to Colorado! The other Heldt clan seem to have found our state to be a great place to live (in-spite of the winter driving), we hope the same for you. :-) Looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Today is the first time I have seen your blog...I was looking for information about AHOPE and your entry popped up. I am hoping to go there as a volunteer in the coming year...are the little girls you sponsor still there? My grandchildren are from Ethiopia and I enjoy finding out more about other families who have been through the adoption process...good luck to you in your new home!
