The refrigerator delivery-man is here. Right when he's in earshot, Anna announces that he is beautiful. Biniam corrects her to say that he's handsome. A couple of minutes later, Anna proceeds to loudly point out that he's strong, and that he has big muscles. Just now, she said she loves him.
Ummm....yeah. I'm officially embarrassed.

Is he handsome???
No pic of this big muscled refrigerator delivery man?
That's hilarious! I love it.
Hmmmm...sounds fun to have a handsome, big-muscled delivery man around the house! Maybe that will be incentive for Kevin to bulk up a bit. :)
i agree--where are the pics? anna anna likes muscles--nothing wrong in knowing what you want.
Okay, you should know better than to post about some smoking hot refridgerator delivery man without accompanying photographs or AT LEAST an adult's viewpoint to balance out that of the 4 year old. Hello???!!!
no friends, he was not handsome. i will also add that in SPITE of having big muscles, he was really huffing and puffing. anna kept asking if he was okay!
nope anon, no value added having a deliveryman in my house. (besides having my fantastic stainless-steel fridge delivered.) there IS, however, a VERY handsome man that lives with me! And I really like when he's around!
our camera isn't working!!! so bummed because now i've missed photos of:
--mullet man
--beef sticks for sale
--delivery man
and guess what...he's on his way back over here! because he left his big dolly thingy in my kitchen by accident.
Yeah, bummer on no pics! When Marg was a toddler she took one look at the carpet cleaning guy and said, "Hey, mister! Well, don't you have cute, squishy buns!" (a big complement in our house) I died.
Okay fine. Now I'm sad. I was picturing a Clark Kent kind of guy bringing stainless steel happiness to the Heldt family.
too funny!!
Bummer, I was picturing some cute guy too. I know that GE has this cute red head named John that sort of makes me wish just ONE of my appliances breaks or something.
Oh and Hannah's latest thing... "Is that your BOYFRIEND??" This is reference to our trip, we stopped on the coast in Klamath, CA where they have this HUGE Paul Bunyon and Babe the Blue Ox statue. Inside is a statue of Big Foot and I said to Greg as he was snapping the picture, "This is my new boyfriend, honey." So now in Hannah's mind, everything is my "boyfriend".
oh this was all just too funny!!
What a very funny post! Sorry that your little one is sick. Argh! The highlights of your trip were truly enjoyable. Keep getting well.
Laughing Hysterically.
But, I know my turn is coming soon.
I think he left his equipment there so he could come back and hear how beautiful and strong he is! Reminds me that God sees us differently too--ahhh, through the eyes of a child!
hahaha - this is awesome. My sister, at the grocery store near urban Oakland, proclaimed when she was 4, "Momma, look at the big, black bear!!" regarding the cashier. That was also quite the embarassing day in our family.
