Let it snow let it snow let it snow!

We woke up this morning to SNOW! And it's still coming down! Needless to say we have four VERY excited kids (and two very excited adults) around here!

(If you live in a snowy climate and and are wondering what all the excitement is about, we just moved here from California. :) )

How beautiful! So much fun. Makes me want to make a BIG mug of coffee & just cuddle with my kiddos all day long :) FYI - here in SLO it's already 73 degrees out...and it's not even 8am. Yeah, i know! We've had quite a balmy week that should continue through the weekend. I have to keep reminding myself that Thanksgiving IS indeed coming, even though it certainly doesn't feel like it...

Yeah, the weather is great here this week. Global warming probably. (read:sarcasm)

Although, snow is awesome too....I miss living in the snow, as long as it's not 4 feet deep.

snow! how beautiful and fun--especially from here in cali. hope you can build a snowman or make snow angels. my kids were just complaining about never being able to make snow angels.

i completely remember the first snow when we lived in connecticut, i was so excited! i went out as soon as i could and played in it almost all day. but by the 6th month of it still being around, not to mention the -0 degree weather, we got kinda tired of it. but i'm sure colorado winter isn't as long. have a blast!! how fun.

LOL! AZ is still in the eighties. Definitely no snow for us :) I do miss the snow but I don't miss scraping my car windows.

Isn't it wonderful?! It's already all melted here, though :( We did get some fun play time in this morning.

So, I'm wondering if you will all be tired of the snow by the end of winter? ;-)

I have to laugh! It is currently 95 outside and I am trying to decide what water activity to break out to cool down the kids. Wish we were in Colorado.

My kids played on the Slip and Slide all afternoon... *sigh*

Ours is NOT melted, and our north facing driveway has a solid covering although our neighbors are all melted. I did go to the grocery store in a light sweater without a jacket. Ahhh, 30 degrees and sunny. Perfection!
